The hardware interrupts in the 8085 are: TRAP, RST7.5, RST6.5, RST5.5, INTR....
The software interrupts are: RST0, RST1, RST2, RST3, RST4, RST5, RST6, RST7.........

the hardware interrupt is here as we know TRAP,RST 7.5,RST 6.5,RST 5.5 they can be masked except TRAP but in software interrupt can t be masked.
the software interrupt is initiate by main program in other hand hardware interrupt initiate by external devices...
