I think some of it is bad choices and some of it is due to society in general. There is way to much greed and unnecessary suffering going on all over the world.
But there is always hope and anyone can stop making bad decisions and turn around and live life better, it just takes effort and time and lots of love. For the things out of our control, there is always hope.... ♥

I think that it is from both the self and from outside sources. it is from the self because only we can let ourslves be affected by things. it is from outside sources because most problems we have are escalated through those around us.

Outer issues reason concern, yet my reactions have been consistently my worst concern. as quickly as I found out to apply my instinct, then I became greater grasp of my destiny. If happiness is the purpose, that's greater a count of innovations-set and understanding the thank you to regulate it than events. possibly that's not fullyyt logical, yet that's how i think besides. possibly what i in my opinion advise is that I consistently observed human beings because of the fact the priority and now I in simple terms see them as a excitement, a studying journey and exciting. possibly now the priority to triumph over is well being. we are instructed we can't win interior the tip. possibly interior the tip we are able to sometime. it could be super to be there then. possibly issues are those issues we worry approximately. Now I even tend to not worry approximately issues i can not replace, yet I do keep attempting to alter them and that seems stable too. No, I even tend to take accountability for the failings I worried approximately. it quite is the failings i did not worry adequate approximately that are without plenty answer so they are plenty issues yet in simple terms are. possibly i think of of issues as being something with a a threat answer. something that in simple terms is, in simple terms is. you're taking the bitter with the candy. isn't it something like that?

I believe we create our own problems. People have a certain threshold of pain/stress. If their lives are going to stress free they will create a problem for them to stress over. The older I get the truer this seems to be. It may not be the person's fault but typically they put themselves in situations that might be stressful.

i would say 75% internal, 25% from outside sources. .. nowadays i am trying to view the outside stuff as challenges for me to adapt so i can develop new coping skills and see triumph ......but it aint easy (sigh) ... the internal stuff is a bit easier because i have more control calling the shots. not fully, but more so than the external problems

Yes, unfortunately. It is usually from bad decisions, and this in itself isn't a bad thing if the learn from the mistake. We can also learn from others mistakes, if we pay close attention. I firmly believe that we are responsible for our own actions, and with each action there is a consequence. If we don't pay attention to our mistakes, we are damned to repeat them.

i think some people draw problems and wallow in them while others get on with what life throws at them
it all depends on the way they have been raised.
