Yes, you should.
Winslow is going to be a threat all year long, and has already been on the bye, so you shouldn't need another TE. Shockey is dinged up a bit, I'd let him go.
Bears D is the best. You can pick up a matchup next week when they;re on the bye.
The Browns can't run the ball for crap - (which sucks for me being from Cleveland) Braylon and Winslow are the only bright spots for them fantasy-wise.
Unfortunately for me, with Bush on my FFL team, McAllister really is the man for nawlins this year. So you're basically trading away 2 bench spots for 2 roster worthy spots.
Good trade, and good luck.

Sounds like you have 2 great defenses, so you should consider trading one of them. I believe the Bears have a bye week coming up, so you might want to consider hanging on to Baltimore until after the Bye week. Deuce has been playing very well this year. It looks like he and Bush will be splitting time for most of the year. However, Deuce is still valuable if you need a RB. You should at least trade one of your D's because after the bye weeks, you only need one.

Shockey has more value than winslow. Switch that and it is a decent trade.

Absolutely. A WR and RB will always get you more points than a D and TE.
