No, because elections are handled by the states, not the federal government. If you start getting the federal government more involved, it will create a much bigger mess than what we have now. If you want to reform the election process, do it at your state level.

Well, since 'election' means that the decision is made by the voters, that's what I'd really like.
An election, where eligible citizens are allowed to register and to vote, and the votes are acurately counted. (As opposed to a sub-set of citizens denied the right to cast ballots or the computers being programed to vote in our stead.)
Wouldn't that be nice, for a change?
