How do I get my start (tool bar) back?

You know where the start button is at the left side of your screen? I some how lost it... Please help! How do i get it back?

ok try this move pointer to where it usaly is and left click then drag to side a little orright click where it should be and chose tollbars and you should be able to go from there hope this helps :P
