The only thing that worked for me was to eat whatever it was that sounded good. I lived for about 2 weeks on cheetos and ding dongs and drinking pepsi. I took my prenatal vitamin and drank carnation instant breakfast.

Eating out helped a lot. I could eat healthier meals then. Not doing the cooking also helps.

There really isn't much to be done about morning sickness. A females body has so much going on between hormones going crazy and the fact that an embryo is growing in her uterus. Try crackers or bread type foods that might absorb some of the acid in the stomach. Also, drinking ginger ale or 7 up should help. If the morning sickness is unbearable then a doctor may be able to prescribe something.

I used what's called motion sickness bands. They are actually cloth bands with a pressure point that goes around your wrist. You can get them at any drugstore. Go to the webpage below, it'll show you a picture. Really helped me a lot with MINOR nausea, the one where you're not puking your guts out. If you can't keep anything down you need to go see a doctor and get some meds.

saltine crackers and 7up and vernor's soda. keep these by the bed and have when you first get up in the morning, even before getting out of bed. if the nausea/vomiting get too bad, call doctor there are prescription meds safe to use during pregnancy that are very good for nausea, like phenergan or reglan.

There is a medication called phenargan that helps with nausea. However, it can make you very sleepy. If it makes you too sleepy, you can try crystalized ginger candy found in natural foods stores, or hold a spice rack bottle of ginger under your nose and smell it. Nothing is surefire, though.

There's no cure, but to help alleviate symptoms, I've found the best thing is ginger (fresh, ale, cookies, or supplements).

The "Mythbuster's" show on the Discovery Channel, found that ginger also worked best for motion sickness.

i dont think there is a way to get rid of it!!!
the best thing you can do is eat little and often, try dry toast or plain biscuits.
try to rest as much as you can, dont rush around
it should pass after about 12+ weeks if your lucky
i still have some sickness and im nearly 19weeks!!!
sorry i couldnt be more positive
