Mmm, no. Depends. If he's an honest, honorable guy, and he's talking specifically about marriage to you, then yeah, he's serious.
If he's talking about marriage in general, it may just be conversation, or getting to know your views on marriage as part of getting to know you.
If he's a player, then he's doing it to make you think he's serious. Good luck!

No, not really. In the pass they did, but now a days, "some" men will say anything if it mean they can get you and keep you in their beds. They can talk about marriage for years after that and you would never get marriage. Words are as good as the action that come with it. Look at what he does and not what he says.

I would love to say yes but I have to say no! I had a guy tell me that he loved me and want to marry me and have a family with me! In stead of doing all the things he said he wanted to do, he let me move a cross the country. When I got there he said he was going to come down and get me......never did! Every now and then he calls to tell me that he still loves me and wants to be with me! If he was serious then he would have done something about it!!!!

i know i would have marriage on my mind if im really serious about a girl. depends on the age of a guy, i would say over 25 yrs, they start to consider it .

not necessarily. some guys talk about marraige to get what they are looking for. but some times some men are genuine when talking about marraige.
