It all would depend on the engine size of the van and also the weight carried and at what speed.

To many variables... Are you driving in the city, highway? Frequent stops, Air conditioning, lead foot all plays into the costs of your vehicle. The mileage on that vehicle is a guideline on the best of conditions and it is hard to achieve on less than ideal driving.

ok, its cost, plus costs, divided by hours run... around 27mpg... and if you dont insist on going in the outside lane at 85, it'd do a bit more...
