Wicca is a modern interpretation of Pagan belief systems. There being no true historical continuity (or record) of such beliefs, Wicca contains mainly modern versions of what we might call `Earth religions`. Although attempts have been made to `organise`Wicca, it remains a fairly freethinking belief system, tolerant, and pacifist. The central pillar of Wicca could be said to be built around love/ reverence for Earth and all of creation. Wicca does not have a book of do`s and don`t`s, and followers are by nature peaceable folk.
