Whatever for? Gone are the days when we have to support everything British.
If a club is crap, they are crap, don't matter where they hail from. You can't ask me to support Rangers or Celtic, when they aren't up to the mark.
Your club, Spurs, should have it in them to advance to the knock-out rounds of the UEFA Cup, but at this moment, they don't yet have what it takes, to win.
Man Utd and Liverpool play so boringly, I'd rather watch Inter or Roma, than them.
I will watch Chelsea and Arsenal though, and my eyes will be on Lyon, Real Madrid and Milan, as well.

As a fan of football in general, I will obviously take an interest in all the British clubs participating in Europe. However, as a Arsenal fan my sole concern, and loyalty lies with them. A true fan, in my opinion can only ever heartily support their own club. People who say they support British teams are simply saying they take an interest in them. Do they want the other teams to win as much as their own team? I'm guessing not. Are they upset to the same extent if that team is eliminated from the competition? highly unlikely. If they could choose a team to win the competition would that decision be difficult or would they choose their own team? do I really need to answer that? So if supporting means wanting a team to win the competition before any other and being bitterly disappointed if they are eliminated then you can be said to support them. This will ultimately only be possible for one team. The rest you merely have a interest in, and although wishing them all well and following their results, you do not support them.

Of course. I would much prefer British clubs to do well rather than the Spanish or Italian sides. I think when Britisih clubs are involved domestic preferences should be put aside. In the same way I like to see Scotland Wales and Northern Island do well at international level. It would be great to see some our clubs reach the finals.

HELL NO! this goes for all clubs xcept Arsenal & Rangers. These are the only british sides that can play with any sort of class.Man Utd isn't bad and they deserve their chance. So these are the only clubs worth supporting.
P.S Frank Lampard is real **** & can only score off deflections and Drogba is too theatrical when he's fouled. Chelsea is a CRAP side!!!!
