We think he's called Ivor, or something similar, and that he was possibly in a TV show on something like Cartoon Network. We really don't have much to go on, so any help is appreciated.

This is Ivor from The Hoobs which is on Channel 4 on a morning about 530am/6am.

He is a Hoob I think its chanel 4 about 6:30 - 7 am time in UK cant rememner his name though
