Obviously not racist, as Islam is a religion, not a race! The answer by Meow the Cat that they are some sort of spirit/angel is what I understand.

First, the first part of your question, I have no idea what you are saying. Second, Islam is not a race, it is a religion. Third, well obviously if we are assuming God to be all powerful, all knowing, all controlling, and all creating (which the Jews, Christians, and Muslims all believe in) then why in the world would God have a problem creating 72 more virgins per man who enters heaven after his death?
If God is all powerful and mighty, then do you doubt his power to create a few virgins?
Just like how He created a man out of nothing (Adam), how He created a woman out of a man (Eve from Adam), how He created a man out of a woman (Jesus from the virgin Mary), and how He creates a man/woman out of both a man and woman (like you and me), He can create a few more humans at his will.
He can create billions of humans (those who are living right now, those who lived in the past, and those yet to come). He created countless other creatures and this entire planet and populated it with his creations (many of which we don't even know about) and this giant blue marble of ours is only a speck of dust in this huge universe. Just like that He can create a few virgins.
As for other answers above me regarding the virgins actually being angels and not humans, I am not so sure about that. But I don't make any claims regarding that but that explanation doesn't sound right to me.

The Houris, or the virgins are not human, they are spirit/angels that work in heaven. Even the term virgin is misleading since they lack sex organs. All they are in the end are pretty female looking waitresses
