In order to burn a quicktime movie to a video cd you'll need to have an application that will convert the quicktime movie to the VCD format. If you have Nero or Roxio as a burning suite either one of these should do it.

But just burning a quicktime movie to a cd and expecting it to play in a VCD player will not work. Depending on the length of the quicktime movie you may need to consider a different format. VCD and SVCD formats don't support long movies, they were more of a transitional format before DVD's that most people used to record sitcoms and such that were roughly 30 - 60 minutes in length.
