There is a Yemenia flight leaving Wednesday evening from LHR at 21:00, arriving the next morning Sana'a at 06:15. Check with their London ticketing offices if you'd like to make a reservation.

Straight there pronbably on a 747 - 400 without in flight refueling, are you taking any Yaks with you as it mayu hold you up a bit in customs.
