Thank you for your question.
It is currently 6.13 pm in London at the moment and 1.13pm in New York according to the world time clock. The time difference is therefore 5 hours. The UK and US both have daylight saving time in place so the difference will remain in place until the end of October.

Eastern Time in the USA is always 5 hours behind the UK, except for a week from the last Sunday in March, until the first Sunday in April, when it is 6 hours.
The clocks go forward in the UK one week before it does in the USA for Summer, but go back on the same weeks in October for Winter.
