I have just enrolled my children (one and four )in a franchise daycare facility, and will be going back to work soon. My one year old needs more attention and love, and I'm not feeling quite right about this placement. Please help!

Usually if its a franchise facility, they dont want to risk slacking off cause that would give the company reason to remove the franchise from them.( And that cost a lot) What you can do is befriend or talk to mom's who have kids enrolled there and maybe they can tell you their personal experience with the school. The school will also have a one on one time with parents and there you can tell them your concerns about you 1 year old..Good Luck
