I get off work at 5pm, I have chicken in the refrigerator that needs to be made tonight, I SHOULD go to the gym, and Im trying to make a 7:40 movie, should i skip the gym or go?

Skip the gym. It will still be there tomorrow, and skipping one day won't ruin your body. Today, do something for yourself.

Sure, going to the gym is something you do for yourself too. But it can also become a chore, and now and again you need to ditch chores.

Cook your chicken, watch your movie, sleep soundly, work out tomorrow.

Go home, put the chicken in the oven........while its cooking go to the gym for a little while......then come home, eat, and go to the movies........simple....unless it's a distance to travel, then you just cut out the gym altogether, and maybe walk around the block a couple of times instead.

Do you have a lunch break? You could go to the gym at lunch. Or you can skip the gym and just don't get popcorn or candy at the theater. It will even itself out.

I recommend putting the chicken in the oven while you go to the gym so that you could still make the movie and you arent neglecting yourself... trust me its feasible. Or, jus go to a later movie.

Wow - you've got a lot of stress in your life! Better to not skip the gym since exercising is supposed to help reduce stress!

i say skip it just walk from ur house to movies or just dont go to gym because you wont have time to get ready for movies if u do go

do what you think you have to do ;) if i were you, i'd go to the gym and won't eat chicken, because I'm vegetarian.
