Im looking to purchase the x800 or x850 (I have an AGP card mind you)
THe problem is im not sure which is faster...the PRO, the GTO, or the XT, or the SE, or the XL...there are so many extensions

what do you recommend?

Well for AGP you are a bit limited, these cards were truly designed for PCI Express. The best I have found is the X850XT, but it is selling for about $400, which is absurdly overpriced. 850, the number is higher. but also, b/c the number is higher, the processor/clock speed/mem speed/etc are also higher. check newegg.com or tigerdirect.com, they have the best prices for them.
probably gto is fastest, but i really don't know.
