Sorry Lions have not won the super bowl but will in the next year or two. They have won the NFC Championship game twice in the 50's but there wasn't a super bowl back then

Back in the 91-92 season, the Lions made it all the way to the NFC Championship against the Washington Redskins. They were a game away from making to the SuperBowl for the 1st time since it's inception as "The SuperBowl" but got slaughtered 41-10. In all actuallity they've won 4 championships in their history. But not since the name change to "The SuperBowl".

They've won 4 NFL Championship, the last being in 1957. But, since the Super Bowl era, they've never made it to the Super Bowl.

No. They have never even played in the Super Bowl and I'm not sure they have ever been in the NFC Championship game either.

You already replied your question. Matt Millen is the guy who has held this team lower back. How has he controlled to hold close directly to his pastime for thus long as undesirable of a job as he's done?
