i.e. can there be urine on washbasin which can spalsh onto ure clothes when washing hands?

It would be rather rare to get urine on yourself from washing your hands if you're careful. Don't lean onto the toilet, though. That would certainly give you the golden shower.

Yes there are chances. For you do not use washbasin instead go out without washing your hands is more safe.
