What can I do to hear a dialing tone and be able to use the service?

I use voice dialing service with yahoo, but I experience a problem every time I dial. I have credit to call, so there is not problem for that. I just don't seem to know how to use it or make it work. Can someone help me?

I don't use Yahoo for phoning, but just press dial, or the green butoon or something. It has to be very easy :-)

On Skype you would press the big green button.
