In my opinion, I don't really think it's a talent to look "Beautiful". Is it a talent for models(quite a few but not all), to pose naked in front of a camera. lol, i don't think so. but hey, that's just my opinion. What do you think?

Hey, great answers so far.
Um, I know that it isn't easy to be a model. never said it was. Yes, you have to hold all those poses and work under hard conditions, but a majority of the time, the people promoting you and such wouldn't have even given you the time of day if you weren't "Beautiful" in the first place. I mean, how many people consider "plus size" beautiful anyway. Not many, or else i would see a lot more plus-sized models on tv.

As a former model, both nude and clothed, I have to say that the job absolutely requires talent. It is more than just looking good. You have to know what it is about you that makes you look good and work hard to promote your "look" to succeed. People think modelling is easy but that's just not true. After a 3 hour photo session during which the model is expected to flex every single muscle in their body and hold uncomfortable poses, they are as exhausted as a construction worker who has been hammering away for a full day. On top of this, the model must deal with harsh criticisms, being turned down for jobs they want, try to maintain some sense of self esteem and reality in a world where they are nothing more than a piece of meat. It's also a short lived career, which makes it hard to get an education to fall back on when you are touring the world with fashion designers who cuss you out on a regular basis and then praise you like the bi-polar bitches they are. The media wants us to think it's a fun, glamourous job, but it's really not. The biggest talent any model can have is simply the ability to put up with all the plastic attitudes projected on them by an industry that promotes eating disorders and drug use to stay impossibly thin. What you see in the finished product is a hottie on a beach in a bikini. You do not see the muscle spasms caused by maintaining those poses. You do not see how cold that water is that is causing the erect nipples that mezmerize. You don't see the blue lips or veins under the make up and airbrushing. Trust me, this job is no piece of cake.

Being beautiful is definitely not a talent, but walking on the stage can be a talent and can be not. Everything depends on a model. But it is a bad thing that there are a lot of untalented models that think they are the best and go to music and cinema so that the really taleneted people have got no chanses.

I think it's a talent...but only after watching America's Next Top Model. You have to learn 'the walk' in high heels, look like a model, and finding the perfect way you look good in front of camera is not easy...the girls on this show could do 10 poses that I would think looks good...but their creative director does not think looks good at all...you would think it would be easy to just be beautiful and have your picture taken, but that's not really all that goes into it!!
