Could birth control cause you to not have you period for 3 -5 months at a time?

yes it can stop your period for a few months this is normal while you body is getting adjusted to the pill but just to be on the safe side go to your doctor to be checked out

not likely...birth control typically causes your periods to become regular - like clockwork - missing for 3-5 months isn't because of your birth control. i'd see a doctor....

yes mine stopped for 2 years, but you must check you are ok
