its a scam, at least from what i understand. it also has a collegewebpage.org heh. i say its a scam because it gives you all this great informationtoogoodtobetrue and then at the very very very last part it asks for money to get started. could you imagine going to mcdonalds to apply but the application costs 30 dollars?? exactly.

I haven't done it, but I went to the site, and it looks pretty sketchy.
