I see alot of people say limewire but as i have said to other people many times limewire supplies 34% of the Uk's Viruses and some of them can be very bad viruses e.g Trojuns and Crack.exe files.
Limewire is also against the law because you are able to download and music track at anytime for free, i have used it in the past and have found it quite reliable but if i was you i would stay clear of limewire altogether, try something like yahoo music that is very reliable but sadly is not free... hope this helped.

Limewire is usually the best source for free MP3 downloads, torrents (www.torrentspy.com, use a program called BitSpirit) for complete albums and movies.
However, as to the RIAA suing the hell out of you and me, big music companies in the US have major plans to make their entire music back library free to download, with the intent that you'll go to their site and download it and look at adverts at the same time. This will probably be trialled in North America towards the end of this year, with a view to it spreading mid 2008. The other good news is that this will be virus free.
Another good thing is that Microsoft plan to offer a media download service with a single yearly payment as a package offer with Vista to be released Jan/Feb 2008, look out for that.
The final good news is that Google have bought up a redundant extranet (mass of fibre wiring which was laid under most roads in Britain in the early 1990s). They plan to put shipping containers with a Petabyte at various strategic points across the UK and offer their own media-based version of the Internet (competing with ITunes and stuff - why do you think they bought up YouTube???). So with the advent of increased competition, prices for paid music/video and difficulty of use should drop soon...
Hope this helps!

And don't forget the viruses and trojans you will get for free at the same time when you use Limewire or any other P2P site....then you will regret using them. You are inviting a stranger to send you files, how do you know what else they're adding in that file with the transfer?

Limewire, Kaza, Bearshare, etc. are free but downloading software, movies, and music is ILLEGAL! The RIAA is suing everyday ordinary people who use these programs to download music for thousands of dollars. Beware.
