Why would someone ask a question like this . It is obvious that Osama Bin Laden is a terrorists,a mass murderer and oblivious to any social injustice that he has committed in the name of God. God does not condone killing thousands of ppl. Osamas legacy will be that of a mass murderer. He is doomed and god will take care of that.

his "legacy" who knows - he is just a muslim leader branded as terrorist.
i am not sure US has concrete evidence against OSAMA ,
bush cud be making a scapegoat out of al queda which is a miltary outfit on the otherhand it cud be true as well .
one needs to study carefully about these issues . politics is a tough game . u need to nuderstand the rules before branding anyone .
