If it's rectangular thats 3/8 + 3/8 +1/4 +1/4 (since the opposite sides are the same size). That adds up to 10/8 miles which reduces to 5/4 miles.

A mile is 5280 feet. A yard is 3 feet.

so (5/4 * 5280) / 3 is your answer.

Have a nice day!

If it's a rectangle you'll have two of each side. So your perimeter will be 2(3/8) + 2(1/4) = 6/8 + 2/4 = 3/4 + 2/4 = 5/4 = 1 1/4 mile

1 mile is 5280 feet or 1760 yards. 1/4 mile would be 440 yards.

1760 + 440 = 2200 yards.

Assuming that the property is rectangular, the perimeter is 3/8+3/8+1/4+1/4=10/8 miles or 1.25 miles
One mile=5280 feet or 1760 yds
Thus, 1.25x1760=2200yds (answer)

In one mile there are 1760 yards, so if you convert the lengths you have you will get...
3/8*1760 = 660
and
1/4*1760 = 440

So now you have a rectangular piece of property with sides of 660 and 440, so add up all the sides and you will have your answer in yards.

Hope this helps. Good luck.

1 mile = 5280 ft therefore 3/8 mile = 1980 ft and 1/4 mile = 1320 ft. Assuming your property is a rectangle than 2 sides at 1980 ft and 2 sides at 1320 ft will be 6600 ft total perimeter. 1 yd = 3 ft so perimeter in yds = 2200 yds.

Assuming this is a rectangle total perimeter will be 1.25 miles

1 mile is 1760 yard.
So 1.25 miles will be 2200 yard.
