Alice has gone missing. The heartless have taken her somewhere in Wonderland. I know she's in the bizzare room somewhere - but where!? Also what's with the little heartless creature with the red turban I see teleporting in the forest? Am I meant to help it?

You won't find Alice until near the end of the game so give up on that right now. Actually, you're supposed to light the two candlesticks in the bizarre room. I think the correct entrance is towards the back of the forest, hop up the mushrooms and use the entrance at the tree. After you light the candlesticks, the Chestire Cat tells you shadows are coming. From the Queen's palace go back to the bizzare room and hop up the table. Then get ready for a boss battle with "TrickMaster." One piece of advice: DO NOT USE FIRE. You'll double his attack strength. Hop on the table or chair, jump at him when he's close and attack.
As for the "little heartless creature with the red turban", those are called "White Fungus." If you help them you can get alot of rare items, including the ones needed for the "Ultima Weapon" keyblade. I'll explain:
Each gesture they make calls for you to hit them with certain magic.
Shivers- Fire
Fans itself- Blizzard
Light appears over its head- Thunder
Lays on the ground- Cure
Floats in the air- Gravity
Spins rapidly- Aero
Stops completely- Stop
You'll get an item depending on the last spell you used. If you hit it with the same spell three times, you get the item and a super rare "Mystery Goo."

you will find Alice nearly at the end of the game so just forget about it.You should try to ligth all the candles in the bizzare room and defeat the boss (trickmaster) (do not use fire on this boss, that would only make him stronger) as for the little heartless, they are called "White Fungus". if u help them they should give u some really cool items,( they may give u some rare items wich could come handy) heres how u help them:
if it shivers- use Fire on it.
If it fans- use Blizzard on it.
If a ligth appears over its head - use Thunder
If it lays on the ground - use Cure
If it floats-use Gravity
Spins rapidly-use Aero
And if it stops-use Stop
