If you want to help increase the chances that you won't miscarry again, start supplementing with natural progesterone. It is the hormone responsible for implantation!
If there is insufficient progesterone during early pregnancy, the embryo may not survive. After this 8-10 week interval, the placenta becomes a major source of progesterone and the ovarian hormones are no longer needed.
It is assumed that if the ovaries cannot make sufficient progesterone during the latter half of the menstrual cycle, then they would not produce the required amounts of progesterone during pregnancy as well. In women with luteal phase deficiency, it has been customary to extend the progesterone treatment into the early weeks of pregnancy to supplement ovarian production of progesterone.
If a woman has had four or five miscarriages in the first six or eight weeks of a pregnancy, this is always due to luteal phase failure, says Dr. John Lee.
Progesterone is needed to facilitate implantation and to prevent rejection of the developing embryo, but the follicle may not respond to the ovum with enough progesterone. Dr. John Lee's recommendation: "Wait till you ovulate, and then four to six days after possible conception do a blood test (for HCG) to see if you're pregnant. If you are, start the progesterone; that way you will increase you chance of having a healthy baby."

Alright. Here is what I was told by a doctor when I had the same thing happen. You do have a higher chance of having a miscarriage but it is good to wait a while before getting pregnant again. There is a very good chance that your kid won't be the healthiest.
But I wish you all of the luck in the world <3

Every woman's body is different. Usually though I've heard that before you get pregnant its good to have your period cause it thickens the uterin walls. But I don't think there is any guarantee that you will miscarry again. A friend of mine same situation, she miscarried and within a few months had a normal pregnancy. So get checked out by your OB and good luck to you.

Please, just be very careful and get plenty of rest, don't over work yourself sometimes being stressed out,and over working yourself leads to miscarriages. When you lose or have a child you are still very fertile, and you had sex a little later or you didn't wait for your body to heal that's why you are pregnant again so soon.Just take in alot of fluids only meaning water and some juices, eat alot of fruits and vegetables, and some red meat to give you some kind of protein to keep you strong and well and so you won't have low iron.Good Luck and try not to worry so much that also helps with the stress of losing babies and harming your body.

Make sure you go to preventive check-ups and have the doctor closely track the progress of your pregnancy. It's the only thing you can do. Oh, and eat lots of folic acid (tomatos). This helps the fetus' brain develop well. Good luck.
