Each email message is given a time stame when it passes through each server. The one displayed on Outlook is the time your computer received the email. From what I've been able to find, this is the time that yor computer believes it to be when it retrieves the message from the server. (You can also add a column for 'time / date sent)
You might want to look at your time settings on your computer

Your ISP may have their servers set one-hour off. This is usually due to servers not changing time to match DST

Maybe you are in a different time zone as the server. Try resetting your computer's time.
