She would be a better monitor of reported violations. I'm sure she would read to see if the reported violation is justified, malicious, out of spite, meanness or tattletaling. I'm sure she would respond to the violator with justified reason after investigating, and respond with the accused contacts customer care/service with a PERSONAL response not some lame standadized form letter.
