I call them

Those things where someone painted people on a piece of wood, only there's no faces, only holes where the faces should be, so you can put your face through and have someone take you picture, so you look like Popeye or Bugs Bunny, but really you're not.

It's a mouthful, but people know what I'm talking about.

They are called stand ups. They can be found a lot of places or you can make your own (if you are very artistic and have a good eye)
