christmas gift bag?

Has anyone ever heard of a christmas bag you make out of cloth and pass it on to a different family member every year with a gift inside. If so I need help with what the tag says that you put on it.

Christmas Tea
Make a little bag out of Christmas fabric, just big enough to fit a tea bag in. Wrap with a pretty ribbon and this poem was attached:
“On Christmas Day at half past three,
Brew yourself a cup of tea.
I'll think of you,
You think of me
While sitting 'round the Christmas Tree.”
