It is very common and normal to have breasts that are unequal in size. They are not associated with serious disease. It is to do with their development.

All women have one breast slightly larger than the other, but usually it's not really noticeable. If there's an obvious difference in size, ask your GP to refer you to a Plastic Surgeon - they could do either a reduction on the larger one, or place an implant under the muscle of the smaller one. If you're not keen on surgery there's not much you can do apart from wear a 'chicken fillet' inside your bra on the smaller side.

the human body is not absolute in it's proportions. One breast is larger than the other (usually it is a slight difference though sometimes it is more pronounced) one hand is slightly bigger (usually right if you are right handed and left if you are left handed). The same goes for your legs as well as your feet. One is longer and one foot is larger- that's why shoes always seem to fit one foot better than the other. Once again, it is usually a slight difference, however sometimes it is much more prounounced.

This is really common, most women tend to have one side that is larger than the other. So long as it is not a huge difference really don't worry about it. Most of us have one hand that is bigger than the other too, same goes for feet.

ive heard that the arm you write with that breast will be bigger because you exercise that arm more than the other with makes the breast bigger thats why its generally the left one that is smaller.
it might not be true its just what i heard?

Everyone has that. Men have that with their testicles, also. And usually people have one leg slightly longer than the other, and one arm slightly longer than the other. We are just weird that way. But I feel your pain with the boob thing, I get embarrassed on the beach cuz I think people can tell!

This is perfectly normal.... same reason one leg might be slightly longer, or ears are not level.... and many other inconsistencies. People have differing balance and symmetry... well everyone except top models.

Be happy, it gives your boyfriend some variety.
