any tips to make green eyes pop?

my eyes are green but i want to play up the color. any suggestions?

as someone else said red hair is a great way to bring it out, but if you don't want to do anything that drastic work with different eye shadows. lilacs, lavenders, and other purples are great for green eyes. try not to put anything to chalky or matte on though. something with a little shimmer. if you are going to go matte choose a darker shade of purple. grey tints are also very flattering for green eyes, but do not pick anything too silver as this can wash you out. really black mascara is also great. go for blackest black by maybelline great lash. i use it on my green eyes and it helps bring them out. copper colored eyeshadows and peachy tones also help me. yay for green eyes :)

I have green eyes and I get the most compliments on them when i wear purple shadows. I use a light lilac purple on the whole lid, and then put a dark plum purple in the crease on the eye lid and finish up with my mascara and there ya go, pretty green eyes!

MY friend has green eyes.. One day we were experimenting with different make up looks before we went out. I first put light gray and dark gray eyeshadow on her. Light on the lids, dark in the crease, light as a highlight color under the brow. Then I outlined her eyes with a soft eyeliner pencil and blotted it to make it look smoky. (Top and Bottom) Finish with a blackest black mascara. Even fake lashes will give a dramatic effect. This is good for night makeup. For day, try a softer look using light creamy browns on lids with brown eyeliner, and light black mascara. A smoky gray mascara would even do. Almay makes some eyeshadow, liner, and mascara that correspond with your eye color. They have like a little packet with three different shades on the palette for you to use for your eye color and even tell you how to put it on like a pro. I love mine for my brown eyes.

play up your eye lids with soft baby pinks or purples. Use Dark purple mascara instead of black to bring out the greens of your eyes. Even using diffrent colored eye liner can help, plain black can make you look to dark, your eyes dont have that sparkle. Almay sells pretty duos for colored eyes, check it out at WALMART. I have brown eyes, and have found so many ways to make my eyes glow.

Experiment with brown eye shadows. Don't go overboard with eyeliner. Curl your eyelashes and use only 2-3 coats of mascara to the top lashes or if you need to also to the bottom lashes.

try a brown eyeliner, top and bottom lid.
try Revlon's Eyeliner (sharpen free). It doesn't smudge or anything.

Also, I think the smoky look will look great on you. Try smudging some grey-ish blue shadow with the liner... That should do it.

for my eyeshadow and eyeliner, i admire almay's line of eye colour particular makeup. i exploit convey Out the Hazel, cuz my eyes are hazel (duh) and it quite makes my eyes pop. the actual have a Play Up the.. line of stuff too, that are a sprint greater colourful. i would not advise utilising their technique of eyeshadow, mixing the three hues into the lid then crease then as much as the brow--too complicated and overdone. extraordinarily on me, for the reason that i'm 12. yet i could advise that u in simple terms use one colour on a daily basis and soft it onto ur top lid. :) have exciting!
