A number of graphics programs will remove red-eye. I believe Photoshop and some other number of them. Also you may have some software that came with your digital camera to do that

well you can get a new flash which goes off many times before a photo is taken, this will stop red eye, or you can get hold of free soft wear on the Internet which will remove this for you. forget using photoshop, although this is a very good programme if you are not familiar with it you will have trouble, for this is a professional programme, look up free photo editing software and see what you get, there are loads out there!

A lot of photo editing software has red eye remover. Photoshop is probably the best.

Yes you sure can. Open the picture with a photo editor, of which there are lots. Your printer software probably came with one. Red eye reduction is on the menus somewhere; you usually will select it then use a pointer to "rub out" the red portion you want removed....

Run your pics through a photo editor. This doesn't have to be especially fancy. To avoid getting red-eye in the first place, mount your flash on a bracket to one side of the camera if you can.

red eye removal tools vary both in terms of effectiveness and ease of use; you may not be pleased with the results so save a copy of the original pic somewhere just in case you forget to undo.
Several free photo editors/viewers have red eye removal tools so you download and practise

you have to buy paint shop pro x to do this. It is a special program that can remove red eye. (you have to upload it to your comp) there are also other special paint shop things like this too. If you are willing to pay the price of these programs then go to pc world. this is the only way you can remove red eye. hope this helps. bye!

You'll need an image editor.
Photoshop is a well-known image editor. It's commercial ie you pay.
There are two free alternatives that'll do the job :
the Gimp (www.gimp.org) - fully-fledged feature-wise (comparable to Photoshop).
Irfanview(www.irfanview.com) - removes red-eye.
