Didn't call, text or come to see me the whole past week that i have been recovering. We have been together for almost 6mo and he was pretty much living with me. No; how do you feel, do you need anything or are you ok. I have tried to talk to him and tell him it really hurt my feelings that he was being so unsympathetic but to no avail.
I don't really know what to do. He spent the night last night but I didn't feel 11:00 was the best time to talk about it so I left it alone.
What would you say?

OK, i know this might be hard for you to take in, but i have the feeling that maybe he thinks surgery isn't such a big deal. i don't nkow why, i think it's the way people think these days. what kind of surgery did you have?
well, i think my opinion is that you should take to him seriously about it (again.. sorry); "i was scared of the surgery, and I wanted your sympathy, but then you just... left me, and I felt really alone" just say your true feelings, and hopes he understands you.
and if he DOESNT listen, then even if you've been with him for 6 months, you've finally seen the real side of him and you'd know that you're too good for him.

I think you know what you want to say and you are just looking to us to put the words out there.
You say "I'm so glad that Terrorist group released you yesterday so you could finally come and see me"
And when he says "I wasn't being held...."
You say "Oh.. I just thought... that that would be the only thing that would prevent you from contacting me at all last week. I figured they took your cell and had put you in a cell with one of those bags over your head threatening to kill you every 5 minutes only to realize ... finally that you were not some political big wig only a small brained idiot who doesn't have the faintest sense of what is important to anyone but himself, is only in a relationship for the sex (and for that thank you that a huge complement), and sees women as only tools to be used and not people with needs. I had needs last week.. I needed to hear you say 'How are you', 'Can I do anything for you', 'I was just thinking of you'. But did i get them met? Nope. Not even close.. not one fricken text!!!... not one message. No flowers... cards.... singing telegrams.. nuttin!!! well now its time for me to return the favor. As of now we are nuttin... we are through."
then just walk away.
I think that is what you are wanting us to tell you.. right?

HOW INCONSIDERATE.
MAYBE HE HAS PHOBIAS ABOUT SURGERY AND HOSPITALS.
