L'Oreal makes a new line called HIP, which is very rich in pigment and has a great selection of colors for skin of color.
Also, True Match by L'Oreal is good and easy to find a shade within the range.
Good Luck!

no matter what brand you use, you should go into the store and have the makeup representative try the shades on your skin. be sure to go in a store that has bright lighting, so you can see how the shade looks on your skin. Dim stores tend to falsify the intensity of the color of the foundation against your skin. For example, All of the MAC stores that i have seen in the malls around me have excellent bright lighting. Their products are great and well worth the price.
