Boots. More stock in shops so more chance of getting what you want.

Definitely Boots, I worked there for 3 years and know off hand that they have so much more variety than superdrug, and also are lowering prices so the two are in tough competition now! And Boots advantage card is by far the best rewards card out there, 4 points for every pound spent and often points are double or triple!

I always shop at Boots as most of the products are reasonably priced - but the best part about it is their Advantage Card!!
Although Superdrug do have some special offers they don't appear to have the same choice or customer service in their stores.

Depends on what you're after. The food in Boots is better and the choice. But Superdrug is more 'cost effective.

I prefer superdrug. It is alot cheaper. Boots has a huge variety of products. Superdrug runs out of things alot easier, but i prefer to shop where it is cheaper.

Superdrug are selling pantene shampoo and conditioner for £2.99 for both.

Boots are just selling a shampoo for £2.99.
It is a huge difference.
If you add up the boots price, it would come to £6 for both shampoo and conditioner.
The suerdrug one is £3 cheaper.
I love the way you can shop online with boots.

Boots, without a doubt. The only thing going for superdrug is its cheap, but you get what you pay for.
At Boots there are people who really know what they are talking about, Pharmacy services which are outstanding, the Boots advantage card which is the most generous on the high street.
The customer service is fantastic, it's impossible to find anyone in superdrug and if you do they haven't got a clue and don't care, Boots has specialists for all their services.
Add on to that all the regular 3 for 2's, buy one get one free's and advantage points which you can spend on just about anything in store and you will begin to see why it is europe's leading health and beauty provider.

I feel safer going into BOOTS because they have better products, but then again sometimes you can get the same product in superdrug for half the price!? i think i like boots better :)

Superdrug can be cheaper but the managers are complete power trip bitches!! where as with boots, none of the staff are allowed to smile.

Superdrug is fine for essentials but for quality stuff or a shopping spree has to be Boots. Plus the Advantage Card is really generous. Apparently, it's the best loyalty card of them all.
