I am looking to start a small interior design shop in Ukraine, Georgia, Romania, or Bulgaria. I have all of the contacts to suppliers and a business plan but I need to find the capitol. Any ideas?

Forget it. Suppliers are less than a half of the puzzle. Customers are the most important thing. Unless you have a customer base, either among the multinationals operating in the country or among the local high net worth individuals (which, along with legitimate businessmen and local music/movie/TV stars, will include corrupt government officials and leaders of organized criminal groups), no one in their right mind will fund you. And even if they do, they will insist on convertible preferred equity or convertible debt rather than "straight" debt.
