i haven't had a period since sept 4 it usually comes every 28-30 days. i have been having unprotected sex wit fiance alot in the past 3 months. i took a blood test fri and it came back neg my period is now 12 days late and i'm getting woprried if there is something wrong i've been having this severe pain on my right side around my ovarie. what could be wrong is there a possibility i still might be pregnant.

A pain on your right side, assuming this is on your lower abdomen in the pelvic area could indicate an ovarian issue--such as a cyst.
However, unprotected sex is a great way to get pregnant. Try the preg test again and see what it says.
