Hey there,
Say something on the lines of
"I see myself working for this company (that ur applying for) but at a higher post with greater responsibility, continuing to contribute to & grow with the company"
If you know what the career growth opportunities are like, you can easily calculate the position you probably might be in 5 yrs from now. This way, they'll be impressed with the knowledge you have about the company structure.

The above answer will show that you're determined to join the company & wish to continue working for them & continue contributing to the growth of the company.

For the second part of your question, you haven't mentioned what role you're applying for, so that's hard to say.
However, generally you can tell them that your skills (work related skills) combined with your experience in XYZ field (or history of achieving targets) would be mutually beneficial as you could contribute to the growth of the company and likewise grow with the company

Hope this helps mate,

Cheers,
-Steff

The key in answering this question is not to commit something to the company. It would do good for you to understand what the company wants from you before making any statement.

Also make statements like "5 years from now - whatever be my growth level, one thing is for sure is that I will continually update myself with industry standards and kept abreast of the changing times"

Asking the answer for this on Y. A., will help you in no way. It has got to be ur own idea, vision & competitiveness that will help u truly in the long run. So, think over and write down your thoughts on this question. You may get someone's help to put down ur final answer in a cohesive way.

So, burn the midnight oil as the saying goes.......

All the best....
