Have you ever been in a wedding and have any old bridesmaid dresses. You could use that and be a princess or tear it up and be a zombie or something. With the stuff you have sounds like you could be a hippie.

How about a "flower child".
Use the rainbow skirt,simular top,sandals,flowers in your hair.
Oh don't forget to make a little peace sign for your top.
It's a little before my time but I think most of them wore them.

You should go as a hippy who's just been violently murdered by an ax-wielding homocidal maniac. Toilet-paper and flour mixed with fake blood always makes a great hallowe'en costume. Just go as someone who's been violently murdered. Use your old clothes so you don't mind ripping and staining them. Simple.
