How can I move files to an external drive that have not been accessed for a certain period of time?

In Windows Explorer just Drag the Folder or File into the Hard Drive. Say it E: then left click the Folder or File hold your Click and move until E: Highlights and you have it. A Folder with many Files may take some time to move, but, everything be there under the original names.
