Now-a-days all the wrestlers pick a stereotype of a people and dress like them. If your guy is all gangsta hard-core, consider dressing him in baggy cargo fatigues and a tight T-shirt with a kangol hat or somthing. For the country hick look you could always cut the sleeves off a flannel shirt and wear cut off jeans and a cowboy hat-be sure to put a beer in your hand!
