They are obviousley not intended to be displayed on a formal night out as a corsage would, yet...

Red~
Blue~
Green~
Pink~
Yellow~
Violet~
etc..

all somehow represent an order to something...
yet all I see is chaos.

Dose anyone have any any idea?

There is no “why” in this case. There is no point or purpose for these colors, and no evolutionary advantage to them. They just happen to be the colors of the elements of which they are composed. The colors of the elements are often used to a purpose or advantage by evolution for thing like butterfly wings, flowers, etc., but within the human body the colors are irrelevant.

red is blood
white is the strainer
blue is when the the blood is lack of O2
green is when the blood is too much of O2
yellow is the dead blood in recycle

Do you think perhaps the Lord designed it this way so that we could more easily distinguish the different organs for when we evolved to perform surgeries and such? I think he did.
