Does your spleen swell when you get a cold or flu?

Just wondering because lymph nodes in your neck swell when you get colds so seeing as that is a lymph node I just wondered. Mine personally is not swollen.

Spleen swelling is associated with a particular virus that causes mononucleosis (mono). See your doctor to be tested for this.

NO that is a serious condition and you should go see your doctor ASAP
