Currently ICBM’s have a top speed of approximately 15,500 miles per hour. It takes time to accelerate to that speed so the average speed would be less. It would take a missile approximately 30 minutes to hit the US from North Korea. However, ICBM’s take setup time to fire, therefore our satellite early warning system would probably detect pre-launch conditions and give an additionally few hours warning of a potential attack.

Fortunately, North Korea does not yet have a true ICBM, but they do have missiles that threaten Japan and other countries in the Far East. It is a very dangerous situation.

in the event that they even attempt it the failings which will take place: a million) the missiles will no thit, expecially now that they warned by way of fact ythe gov. has the tech. to take it out 2)WWIII would be started 3) we (the U.S)(and probable something of the international) will unload maximum of neucular bombs on N. Korea that that's going to likely be uninhabitable for over 30 years =) SO DONT subject in any respect

Ballistic missiles travel at about 12-15,000 mph. So from 20 to 30 minutes depending on the target.

Not sure eactly how long it would take, but I don't think they're as close to making a nuclear missile as they claim to be. For now they're enjoying the publicity and it makes them look powerfull and important.

I dont know about time, but i do know that they probably couldnt lob one at the west coast, mostly just alaska, there more likely to do something stupid like hit japan. China will probably deal with him before he does something that stupid.

If it's the re-entry type, I think that it would take somewhere in the region of 1 hour.
