Don't cram in everything you need to know the night before...and take a deep breath before you even LOOK at the exam. Sometimes, especially for math exams, I write everything I know is important for the test on the back of the test: formulas, main ideas, vocab, etc. before even looking at the test. Then, while taking it, I look at everything I wrote beforehand if I blank out. Hopes this helps!

Talk to your teacher/professor about your test anxiety and see if you can take it in a seperate room. It always made me more nervous if there were a bunch of people taking the test around me because I would worry that I was going too fast or too slow.
