take your temperature every morning before you get out of bed, before you have eaten or drank anything and if it is above 98 degrees every day then you are most likely pregnant.

You need to take a pregnancy test, but if you have the early symptoms of breast tenderness, missed period, having to go to the bathroom frequently, fatigue, possible nausea, etc., you may be pregnant and should be careful about what you do and what you ingest. One of the other early signs of pregnancy is a dusky blue color of the vaginal and labial tissues due to increased blood flow to the area.

Just wait! You'll find out eventually! lol Seriously, some symptoms of early pregnancy are:
-sensitivity of nipples
-breast enlargement
-increased sex drive
-change in amount and type of discharge
-lack of period (usually, but not always!) or very light one.
-morning sickness or nausea (often after a few weeks).
Remember: some women NEVER get any of these symptoms! It's important to see a doctor, to determine if your baby (and you) are healthy. Also, if you have a tubal pregnancy (the fertilized egg grows in the Fallopian tube, outside the uterus), it is VERY dangerous, since, if it ruptures, you can bleed to death!
One one site (emedicine.com) they discuss the signs of pregnancy and risks for ectopic (tubal) pregnancy. (2)
I highly advise going to see a doctor ASAP! Besides, if you avoid doctors and/or midwives at least, who will help with the birth??! More women die from pregnancy than all forms of birth control combined, so you need good care throughout the pregnancy
and delivery!
Also, women who get no prenatal care are more likely to die due to pregnancy: "In comparison with all women who delivered a live-born infant during 1987-1990, a greater proportion of women who died from pregnancy-related causes after delivering a live-born infant had received no prenatal care (9% vs. 2%, respectively) (9-12). Women who received any level of prenatal care had a lower risk for pregnancy-related mortality in comparison with women who received no prenatal care." (1)

The doctor I can understand if you don't want anyone to know, but the test... you can buy one pretty discreetly at a pharmacy, pee on the stick and throw it away if you don't want anyone to see it... it's pretty accurate and it's the easiest early way to know. Otherwise, if you don't get your period, it can be months before you know naturally, and there are things to do in the first trimester, like take care of yourself, take vitamins, get prenatal testing... etc.!

A baby comes out.
Seriously, why would you not want to take a test or see a doctor if you suspect you might be pregnant?
